Absolutely! You're only required to pay a percentage of the overall cost upfront depending on your chosen service. You can then clear the balance in instalments. I do ask that the full balance is cleared before I handover your project.

Of Course! At the beginning of your project, you will be given your own personal client portal. We will communicate and share all documents via your portal.

I normally require a minimum of 5 working days to complete any service requests. This could be less or more depending on the task and if any troubleshooting is required.

Certainly! Depending on which Website Design Package you choose, you will have a short walkthrough of your Admin Dashboard at our Handover session. You will also receive a manual on how to manage your new website. Alternatively if you require more training, feel free to book a Live Training session with me.
